 Ideal Guide / Client day: Making the run to Santa Catalina Island as the sun is peeking over the horizon. Introducing a client to all the great fishing opportunities that the salwater has to offer. Seeing the excitemnt in their face when they get that grab that almost pulls the rod out of their hands and hearing the reel screem as a Bonito makes it's run. Having them see one of the island local Bald Eadges soaring over head as they cast.

Other Interest / facts: Loving all things Outdoors and the Ocean. I grew up fly fishing with my granfather on the Ft. Apache Indian Reservation's streams and rivers for wild trout in Arizona. When I am not fishing I am in the hospitalty indusry and have a Chef's background. Also a Masters Class Cyclist -competing in various races in Southern California.

Special Services: I have a fully outfitted 18ft Edgewater boat completely rigged for Flyfishing with Sage Xi3 Rods and Tibor Reels.  Everything they need for a great day on the water can be provided for them, clients can walk on board with just their fishing license and not need a thing. For me it is all about service. In addition I provide  a great selection of snacks and a full lunch and non alcoholic beverage. I am also a avid photographer providing many great images of my clients to emailed to them after their trip.

 Speialized techniques: Fishing with Shooting Heads and Weighted lines. Fishing saltwater structure ie; rock walls, kelp lines, boiler rocks and piers and docks as well as the surf. Teaching folks how to effectively get the fly down into the strike zone. Help my clients understand the best ways to fight big fish.
